Important Instructions for your Booking 

Cancellation and changes to bookings are possible and free up to 7 days before arrival and must be confirmed by the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Wengen. Changes and cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the due amount. Cancellations made after 17.30 h on the day before instruction is due to begin will be charged the full amount.

Classes generally take place in all weathers. If classes are cancelled because of extreme conditions over which the Ski School has no influence (risk of avalanches, storm winds, etc.), the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Wengen will refund 80% of the course fee. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Ski School management.

If a group instruction has fewer than 4 participants, the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Wengen reserves the right to combine individual groups or to cancel the instruction.

The classification for children's instruction is based on information provided by the parents and previously visited classes (Swiss Snow League Booklet). The Ski School accepts no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect classification and reserves the right to reallocate children to a different group.

The Ski School bears no liability whatsoever for any arrangements made personally with a snow-sport instructor.

Liability: the Ski School bears no liability whatsoever for accidents during instruction or a race. Ski School tickets are not transferable. No refunds will be given for unused tickets/coupons. In the event of accident or illness, refunds will only be given on presentation of a medical certificate from a local physician.

Payment options: We accept cash (CHF, EUR, Reka money) as well as all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Postcard).

All goods and services of the Ski School due to online orders via the Internet or other online services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Online Content

The Ski School (hereinafter referred to as the 'Author'), assumes no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided.  Liability claims against the Author which refers to damages, material or immaterial, caused by the use or non-use of any information provided through the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded, as long as there is no evidence of intentional, gross negligent fault on the part of the Author.

All offers are non-binding and without obligation.  The Author expressly reserves the right to change parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice, to add to, delete or cease publication temporarily or permanently.

References and links

For direct or indirect links to other Internet sites („links“) that lie outside the responsibility of the author, liability would exclusively come into force if the Author has knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable to prevent the use of illegal content.

Booking and Reservation of Ski and Snowboard lessons

The use of the ski lifts is not included in the cost of the ski lessons/courses.

 

Payment

 

Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to support@payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.

 

Place of Jurisdiction and Choice of Law

Place of Performance is the Central Establishment of the Ski School. The jurisdiction of the relevant court of law is responsible for disputes.
